Direct tourist spending in Towns County was $53.48 million dollars for 2018. That number is up from 2017 which was $51.71 million dollars. Overall our numbers have increased by 16% since 2015. This is considerable growth proving Towns County has become a destination for those wanting to visit the North Georgia mountains.
